Application Requirements:

1. Complete and sign the membership form, and submit it with a
   C$25.00 registration fee.

2. Provide two recent passport-size photos (taken within the last six months).

3. Submit a degree certificate from one of the following recognized institutions:

   • Tibetan Medical & Astro College (Men-Tsee-Khang), Dharamsala, India

   • Chagpori Tibetan Medical College, Darjeeling, India

   • Department of Sowa Rigpa, CUTS Varanasi, India

   • Department of Sowa Rigpa, CIBS Ladakh, India

   • Medical College of The Sorig Bumzhi Menri Ling (MCSBM), Himachal Pradesh, India

   • Palpung University for Buddhist Sciences (PUBS), Himachal Pradesh, India

   • Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Gangtok, India

   • Recognized Traditional Tibetan Medical University in Tibet

4. Submit two case studies and two case histories from your practice.

5. Provide two government-issued photo IDs.

6. Include a recommendation letter from a professional OTTMSC member (excluding Board members).

7. Attend an interview with the OTTMSC Board of Directors.

8. Upon approval, pay the annual membership fee of CAD 100.00.

Successful applicants will be issued a registration number and an official membership certificate.

Application Requirements:

a)    The student should submit student registration form duly filled and signed with the required registration fees of C$25.00

b)   The student must provide two recent passport size photos taken within six months

c)    The applicant should attach a copy of valid student ID card provided by the college/university and a government issued photo ID card

d)   The board of members will unanimously decide the approval of the student registration application

e)    The applicant should deposit the annual student membership fees of C$50.00 upon approval

f)     The organisation will issue the registration number and ID to the successful candidate

Application Requirements:

a)    Anybody who wish to support the cause and functioning of the Tibetan medicine can submit a non-professional membership form duly filled and signed with the required registration fees of CAD 25.00

b)   The applicant must provide recent passport photo taken within six months

c)    The applicant must provide two photo ID provided by the government

d)   The board of members will unanimously decide the approval of the non-professional registration application

e)    The applicant must deposit the annual non-professional membership fees of CAD 50.00 upon approval of the membership

f)     The organisation will issue the registration number and ID to the successful candidate

Patrons, legal advisors and scholars who have contributed to the organization will be awarded honorary membership with the unanimous decision by the board of directors.
